OLDFORD, Mabel Lynette (nee Turner) – Passed peacefully away on January 9, 2010, at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, after a short battle with cancer. Left with loving memories: husband Winston; daughter Lynette (John) Gordon; son Rob (Patti); grandchildren: Abigail, Noah, Heidi and Kylah; sister: Frances Brown and a large circle of family and friends. Predeceased by brother Gerald. Funeral was held January 12, 2010 at Holy Cross Anglican Church, Eastport. Donations in her memory were made to the Holy Cross Anglican Church Cemetery Fund. Thank you to the staff of both James Paton Memorial Hospital and the Health Science Complex, Rev. P. Thoms, the A.C.W. of Happy Adventure and Eastport, and all who contributed to and participated in the Funeral service.
