LEGER, ROSE - 1918-2012 - Rose Léger, 94 of Foyer Saint-Antoine, Saint-Antoine and formerly of Saint-Paul, passed away peacefully at the residence on Tuesday, September 11th, 2012. She was married to the late Jean Léger (2000). Born in Saint-Méthode, Qc, on June 11th, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Edmond and the late Marianne (Savard) Julien. She will be sadly missed by her eleven children; Anna Maillet (Aldéo), Andréa Vallée (Clermont), Marianne Léger, Edmond, Bernard, Jean-Paul (Brenda), Aldéo (Micheline) all of Saint-Paul, Germaine Landry (Normand) of Memramcook, Aline Bédard (Jean-Paul) of Pierrefonds, Qc, Lucille LeBlanc (Adrien) of Saint-Antoine and Jeanne Léger (Joe) of Moncton, her eighteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn one sister Gabrielle Côté of Chicoutimi, Qc and two brothers; Mauril (Émilie) and Lorenzo (Elianne) of Chicoutimi, Qc, and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by three sisters; Simonne, Rosaria, Délinna and two brothers, Rosaire and René.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Paul Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Paul on Thursday, September 13th, 2012 from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Paul Church on Thursday, September 13th at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery. In Rose's memory donations can be made to the Foyer Saint-Antoine.
