Age 79 years. Passed peacefully away after a brief illness on Friday, January 15th, 2010. Predeceased by her beloved husband Jim, much loved son Geoff, brother Jack and sister Sheila Doyle. Leaving with many precious memories, daughters Jennifer Downs (Shane), Cathy Whitten (Wayne), son Jim (Janet Vivian-Walsh), daughter-in-law Judy, grandchildren: Andrew Downs (Nicole and Erik), Christopher Downs (Alisha and Nate), Matthew Downs, Michael Whitten, Jessica Walsh, Kathleen Walsh, Jason Walsh, Stephanie Walsh and James Walsh; brothers: Joe Browne (Eileen), Jim Browne (Blondie), sister Elizabeth Hawley (Jerry), sister-in-law Agnes Browne, special nieces Jackie Walsh and Carole Anne Russell (Dave) and a large circle of relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff of 3 East Chancellor Park for their friendship and care. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, January 18th at 2 p.m. from St. Teresa’s Church, Mundy Pond Road. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to Daffodil Place.– Age 79 years.
