At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, March 28, 2008 of Edmund Y. “Ed” Thompson of Cornwall. Beloved husband of Elva ( nee Sentner). Brother of Norman (Ireta ) and Stanley (Norma). Lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers, Max (Doris) and Albert (Evelyn); by his sisters, Grace MacCallum (Alvah), Ella Chappell (Clifford) and Olive Darrach (George) and by his sister-in-law, Jean Hyde (Melvin). Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home, for visitation Sunday 7-8 p.m. Funeral Monday, from Cornwall United Church at 11 a.m. Interment later in Cornwall United Church Cemetery.
