At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on Saturday, March 29, 2008, of Cecil K. MacPhail (Veteran of the Second World War) of Argyle Shore, age 90 years. Beloved husband of Beverley “Bev” (nee Beaton). Dear father of Trudy Gordon (John, deceased), Granger, Debbie Folland (Barry), Karen Thomson (Paul), Brian (Corrinne) and Greg (Ruth). Lovingly remembered by his 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Brother-in-law of Eardley Beaton (Ethleen). Cecil was the last surviving member of Granger and Christie (MacEachern) MacPhail family. He was predeceased by his 12 brothers and sisters. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home, from where the funeral will be held, in the funeral home chapel, on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment in Argyle Shore Cemetery.
