At the Palliative Care Unit, Prince Edward Home on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012, of Mrs. Faith Ramsay (nee Lynch) of Charlottetown and formerly of Portage age 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Charles “Bus” Ramsay and also predeceased by special friend Mel Walsh. Dear mother of Wayne (Lois) Ramsay, Fran Dowling (Stephen, deceased), Sharon (Billy) Peters, Pat Ramsay (Natalie Pinette), Don (Lucille) Ramsay, Dana Ramsay, Darlene (Paul) Porier, and Michael Ramsay. Also remembered by Mel’s children Michael and Michelle Walsh. Loving grammy of 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Bernard (Marjorie) Lynch, sister Shirley (Jerome) McNeill, sisters-in-law Alicia Lynch, Patricia Lynch, Mary Lynch, Shirley Lynch, numerous nieces and nephews, special friends of the family Janice McGee and Aggie MacGregor. Faith was also predeceased by her brothers Patrick, Leo, Jack, Greg and sisters Rita, Lilla, Anna, Frances, Emma and Barbara. Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 1:45 on Wednesday afternoon, then transferred to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
