We, the family of the late Murray MacKay of North Sydney, wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all relatives and friends for their kindness and generosity during the time of our loss. Thank you to the staff of Munroe Place at the Northside Community Guest Home for providing a warm and caring home. To Dr. Doug Kohlsmith, our sincere appreciation for your kind and respectful care. To Rev. Ritchie Robinson, thank you for your spiritual guidance and generous support. To the Naval Veterans, Royal Canadian Legion, and the Masonic Lodge, your memorial services in Dad’s honour touched us all deeply. To Nancy Robinson, Paula Jane Francis, Megan Samson, and the choir of St. Giles Church, as you all know, music soothes the soul, and we appreciate the sharing of your gifts. Our thanks are extended to those who served as pallbearers. Thank you to everyone who made memorial donations, sent flowers, brought food to our homes, sent sympathy cards, visited and attended the funeral. Our sincere thanks to those who traveled to be with us at this difficult time. Thank you to Peter and Eileen Walsh and the staff of W.J. Dooley Funeral Home. We appreciate everyone’s support in providing Dad a meaningful farewell.
