Born in Tyne Valley on May 27, 1956, dear son of Lester and Verna Milligan of Poplar Grove. Cherished brother of Brenda (Brian) MacArthur, Tyne Valley; Barbara Morrison, Freeland; Bonnie (Paul) Morrison, Conway; Brent (Annette) Milligan, Fort MacMurray; Beverly (Mike) Palmer, Conway. Uncle of 11 nieces and nephews, and a great-niece and great-nephew. Predeceased by his brother-in-law, Danny Morrison. Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel, with visiting hours Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral on Tuesday, at the Bideford-Conway United Church at 2 p.m. Interment to follow in the Church Cemetery.
