Passed peacefully away at Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on October 7, 2012, Ray Reid of Shoal Harbour, aged 70 years. Predeceased by daughter Trudy Gosse. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Jean of 31 years, sons; Peter (Judy) of Shoal Harbour, Paul (Linda) of Mississauga, ON, son in law Dennis Gosse of Clarenville, grandchildren Justin, Amanda, Ryan and Adam, sisters; Marjorie Tiller of Mount Pearl and Barbara Vardy (Oliver) of Shoal Harbour, brother in law Bob Martin of Flat Rock and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville. Funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 2 p.m. from the United Church, Shoal Harbour with interment at United Cemetery, Shoal Harbour. In his memory donations may be made to Daffodil Place, St. John’s, NL.
