DEVEAU, Linda Anne – 66, of Yarmouth, passed away in the Infirmary, QEII Site, Halifax, on October 12, 2012. Born in Yarmouth on November 20, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Franklyn and Emma (LeBlanc) Muise. She is survived by her daughter, Valerie (Vincent) Howell, Windsor; sons, Burton (Marlene), Yarmouth; Clark (Terri), Yarmouth; brothers, Paul (Germaine) Muise, Belleville; David (Diane) Muise, Hubbard’s Point; Stephen (Gerry) Muise, Yarmouth; grandchildren, John, Stephanie, Elaine, Adam, Jeremy, Brenden, Michael, Shane, Noah, Kyle and Andrew; great grandchild, Noah; she will also be missed by her life long friend Linda (Aunt). She was predeceased by her husband, Maynard Deveau; son Frank “Junior” Saulnier. Linda was an active C.W.L. member and very active in the church. She was an employee of the Cotton Mill and Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Homes Ltd., 29 Albert Street, Yarmouth, with a visitation from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday with prayers at 8 p.m. A funeral mass was celebrated on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Saint Ambrose Cathedral, Yarmouth, Father John McPherson officiated. Interment was held in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery following the service. Donations in Linda’s memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke Foundation.
