At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, April 14, 2008, of Walter J. Clarkin of Charlottetown, age 87 years. Beloved husband of Gladys (nee MacIntosh). Dear father of Ronald (Margot), Brian (Koji), Barbara (Dave) and Priscilla. Lovingly remembered by his four grandchildren, Kelly, Christianne, Chantalle, Jonathan, his great-granddaughter, Arianna and by numerous nieces and nephews. Brother of Margaret, Martin and Jean. Predeceased by his parents, Louis and Josephine (Bryne) Clarkin and by his brothers and sisters, Harry, Mary, Alice, Ernie, Rita, Gerald, Joe, George and Marie. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Friday at 9:45, then to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 2-4 and 7-9.
