We, the family of Barbara Carrigan would like to express our thanks to all the family, friends and neighbours who stood by us during the loss of our mother. For your phone calls, emails, food, cards, donations, flowers, or your presence; we are expressing our kindest thanks. A special thank you to Frank Corbett and family for their assistance. Thank you to the family who helped while we traveled to Halifax and also helped prepare us for visitors at home and were there for us throughout. For going above and beyond during our difficult time, we thank our close friends. To the V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, Father Norman MacPhee and Deacon Leo Penny, the St. Leonard Parish choir along with the special addition of the St. Joseph’s Church choir, and to the ladies of Lingan for the lunch, we thank you. Thank you to the pallbearers and the readers, Yvonne Kennedy, Mary Kelly, and Kelly MacDonald. We would also like to send our appreciation to all of Barbara's teacher friends for the special honor guard. We take comfort in knowing Barbara was so loved and respected.
