September 24th, 1964 - October 24th, 2012, Pasadena, formerly of St. John’s, NL. It is with great sadness that the families of James Jr. Andrew Patrick Birmingham announce his sudden passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, N.L., on Wednesday, October 24th, 2012 at the age of 48 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Lisa (nee Small); his daughter Abby Birmingham, of Pasadena, N.L.; his mother Mrs. Anne Birmingham; his sister Jacqueline Birmingham; his brother Jeffrey (Bonnie) Birmingham; his nieces: Aria Birmingham, & Rachel Tessier, all of St. John’s, N.L. James was predeceased by his father James Sr. Birmingham. Also leaves to mourn his extended family & his work colleagues. Cremation has taken place & the family will be receiving family and friends from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, N.L., on Friday, October 26th, 2012 from the hours of 7 - 9 p.m., then transferred to Caul’s Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road, St. John’s, N.L., for visitation to take place on Sunday, October 28th, 2012, from the hours of 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. The funeral Mass of Christian Burial to follow at Mary Queen of Peace, on Torbay Road, St. John’s, N.L. at 10:30 a.m., Monday, October 29. A reception to celebrate Jim’s life will take place at the Bally Haly Golf & Curling Club in St. John’s, N.L.
