It’s with saddened hearts we announce the passing of a dear brother, uncle and friend on Friday, October 26, 2012, at age 58 years. He is predeceased by his parents Herbert and May (Spracklin) Pynn, brother Tom, sisters Goldie, Alfreada Shirley, Julia, brothers-in-law Llewelyln Drover, Alfred Adams, Fred Thoms, Jim Mercer; niece Wanda Dooley. Left to mourn his loss, brothers Herb (Myrtle), Joseph (Florence), Cecil, Lorne (Lucina), sisters Rose Mercer and Linda Thoms; Aunt Byrl Adams; sister-in-law Marie Pynn; brother-in-law George Janes; many loving nieces and nephews; best friends Bernard and Janet Brazil, special friends Lynn Hefferman and Donna Kavanagh. Special thanks to all staff at Dr. Walter Templeman Centre on Bell Island, Dr. Rorke and pharmacist Andrew Collins at the Cancer Clinic and Sister Phyllis for her many visits/prayers and blessings. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Sunday, Oct. 28 from 2-9 p.m. at Pendergast’s Funeral Home. Service will be held on Monday, Oct. 29 at 2 p.m.at Pendergast’s Funeral Home with inurnment at Jackson United Cemetery followed by a reception at St. Michael’s Hall.
