Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, October 29, 2012, Jean Tanasychuk (nee Marshall) of Carbonear, age 79 years. Predeceased by husband, Edward; parents: Eugene and Hazel Marshall; sister Mildred Earle. Leaving to mourn; two sons: Edward, St. John’s and Dennis (Louise) Marshall, Carbonear; two grandchildren: Casey and Taylor; one brother: Wayne (Ella) Marshall, Carbonear; two sisters: Frances Snow and Donna (Fred) Hiscock, both of Freshwater, Carbonear; brother-in-law: William (Audrey) Tanasychuk, Edmonton, AB; sister-in-law: June Wareham, Brampton, ON; also a number
of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel’s Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear after 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, October 31 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Cremation to follow. Inurnment on Friday, November 2 at 2:00 p.m. at the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation.
