Lloyd A. Gillett passed away peacefully in the Palliative Care Unit at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Thursday, October 25th, 2012 at the age of 73. Lloyd was born in Humbermouth to Chesley and Eileen Gillett. He is survived by his sons: Brian, Caleb and Liam; his daughters: Gail, Genevieve and Nahannee-fé; his granddaughters: Joy and Annabelle; his wife: Caroline; his sisters: Winnifred, Carol and Ester; his brother: Winston and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased are his brothers Calvin and Ivan. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a gathering to commemorate his life. Family, friends and business associates are invited to join us on Sunday, November 4th from 2-4 p.m. at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue. In lieu of flowers and as an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to assist the family with the funeral arrangements.
