Renews, age 92 years - 1920 - 2012, last surviving member of the Dunne and Conway families. Passed peacefully away at St Clare's Mercy Hospital on Monday, October 29, 2012, in the presence of her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Nick, March 1959, daughter-in-law Sheila, August, 2000 and granddaughter Vanessa Stapleton, August 1977. Left to mourn her sad loss are her six daughters and two sons. Daughter, Philippa with whom she resided in Renews; sons: Ben (Bernadette) and Igg (Janet); daughters: Shirley (Kevin Stapleton), Patricia (Matt Dwyer), Anna (Mike Edmunds), Cecilia (John Broderick) and Margie (Gary Whitty); special grandson Paul (Sherri & Nathan, Yellowknife, NWT) along with 19 other grandchildren who adored and loved her and 11 great-grandchildren with one more soon to arrive. Special mention and sincere thanks to caregivers: Anita Wilson, Pam O'Brien and Georgina Walsh. Visitation will be at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road, St. John's, Wednesday, October 31, 2012, from 12 noon to 9 p.m. and at Fahey's Funeral Home, Fermeuse Thursday, November 1, 2012 from 12 noon to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will take place at Holy Apostles Roman Catholic Church, Renews on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 2:00 pm.
