The family of the late Jerry Brake would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who helped and supported us during Jerry’s illness and passing.

We gratefully acknowledge those who visited, brought food, sent flowers, gave donations in his memory and sent condolences through cards, e-mails and telephone calls.
