GALLEY, TERENCE "GEORGE" - 1940 - 2012 - The family of Terry Galley sadly announces his passing at The Moncton Hospital, on Wednesday, October 31st, 2012. Born in England he was the son of the late Victor and Amy (Green) Galley. Terry spent 22 years in the Royal Navy before coming to Canada. Prior to his retirement in 2002, he worked for Twinpak/Amcor. Terry was an avid golfer and had been a member at Magnetic Hill Golf Club and Petitcodiac Valley Golf Club. Terry is survived by his wife Barbara (Grundy) of Riverview; son, Carl (Susan), Saint John; brother, Maurice (Joan) and sister, Jean Smith, both of England. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his son, Andrew; brothers, Ron and Vic; and sister, Elma.
The family will be receiving friends and relatives for visitation on Saturday, November 3rd, from 2 to 4pm at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd., Riverview, (869-2007). By personal request there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
