PARENT, ELSIE - 1920 - 2012 - Elsie Parent, 91, of Villa Providence, Shediac, NB, passed away on Wednesday, October 31st, 2012 at her residence. Born in Caterham (Surrey), England, she was the daughter of the late William and the late Eileen (née: Sargeant) Oram. She is survived three daughters: Jeorgina (Bert) Larocque of Cocagne, Barbara-Ann and Brenda (George) Best both of Campbellton; four sons: Tony (Sharon) of Brantford, ON, Bryan of Toronto, ON, Donald James (Colette) of Val Morin, QC, and Lindsay of Moncton; ten grandchildren; eight great granddaughters and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Lionel in 1996 and by one son, Timothy in 1947.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901), on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9pm. Funeral service will be celebrated from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, Dieppe, NB, on Monday, November 5th, 2012 at 2 pm. Interment at Elmwood Cemetery, Moncton, NB.
