It is with great sadness that the family of the late DOROTHY WARREN of Salt Pond, NL, announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at the age of 87. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are 6 Sons: Alphonsus (Mary) of Salt Pond, Jerry (Joan Loughlin) of Marystown, Kevin (Mary-Ann) of Durham, ON, David of Medicine Hat, AB, Anthony (Joan) of Salt Pond, and John of Salt Pond; 2 Daughters: Vera (Bill Fediw) of Portsmouth, VA, Joan (Steann Hansen) of Summerside, PEI; 19 Grandchildren and 15 Great-Grandchildren; plus a large circle of family and friends. Pre-deceased by Husband Anthony, Daughter Vivian Rose Warren, Great-Granddaughter Hope Ileish Brennan, Parents Edward & Roseanne Brushett, Sister Ethel (Robert) Bursey, Brothers Ted (Theresa) and George Brushett, Daughter-in-law Rhoda Warren and Grandson Darren Warren.

The Mass of Christian Burial took place at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church in Burin on Saturday, November 3rd, 2012, at 1:30pm. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Salt Pond, Burin. In Dorothy’s memory donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Society or flowers gratefully accepted.
