(nee Janes) Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday, March 4th, 2008, Helen Mary Hanrahan at the age of 72 years. Predeceased by her husband Lewis Hanrahan. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories children: Brendan (Valerie), Gerry (Geraldine), Frank, Dave (Judy), Carl (Daisy), Cathy (Roy), Louise (Darcey), Rita (Brian), George, John (Wang - deceased), Paul, Debbie, Mike (Cathy) and Agnes (Wilson); brothers: Eddy Janes (Mildred) and Cyril Janes (Trif); sister Laura Walsh; closest granddaughter Jacqueline; 21 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to the Dialysis Unit at the Waterford Hospital and the doctors and nurses at the Health Sciences Centre, Nephrology Unit. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Teresa's Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Waterford Hospital Dialysis Unit or a charity of one's choice.
