TOZER, BEVERLY ROSS - Surrounded by friends and family, Bev Tozer of Burton, NB passed away on November 27th, 2012 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Born May 8th, 1950 in Woodstock, NB, he was the son of the late Emery and Phyllis (Mullin) Tozer and husband to Frances "Frankie" (Wood) Tozer. Bev is survived by his spouse, Frankie; his daughter, Stephanie Murphy (David) of Germany; grandchildren, Broden and Grant Murphy; siblings, Robert Tozer (Mona) of South Esk, NB, Judy Rippon (Tom) of Victoria, BC, Cindy Tozer of Woodstock, NB and Kevin Tozer (Wendy) of Burnaby, BC and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents and his daughter, Sarah Tozer. The family would like to thank all their neighbors, Dr. Sainz and the staff from Med 1 at the Oromocto Public Hospital, Dr. Razza and the staff from the Oncology Department of the DECRH (especially Elaine), Calvin MacDonald and all their friends for going above and beyond in everything they have done for them throughout the past year.
A memorial service for Bev will be held at the Oromocto Baptist Church on Sunday, December 2nd, 2012 at 2 pm with Rev Dr. Perry Hanley officiating. For those who wish, donations in memory of Bev made to the Oromocto Food, Clothing and Furniture Bank or the Oromocto Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
