(1942-2012)– With great sadness we announce that on November 29th, 2012 Cal passed away suddenly, yet peacefully, at the Health Science Centre. He will be forever missed by his loving wife of 43 years Lorraine (nee Boone) and his adored daughter Racal (James Walker). Also leaving to mourn his step-grandchildren Joshua and Mackenzie, who had so much more of him to know and love; step-mother Mary Spracklin; brother Ralph Spracklin (Sherry); sisters Ruth Cornell, Joan Murphy and Daphne Hynes; sister-in-law Ruth Spracklin and many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Eva Pearl and Herbert Lewis; sister Joy and brother Malcolm. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, with visitation from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, December 1st and Sunday, December 2nd. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 3rd at 11 am from the Carnell Memorial Chapel with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
