Passed away suddenly at her residence in St. John’s, Ruth Halleran, formerly of St. Vincent’s, S.M.B., aged 63 years. Predeceased by her parents Nicholas and Lavina Halleran; sisters: Rose Bailey, Mona Pearce and three other infant sisters and brothers Alphonsus and Gerald. Leaving to mourn sisters Marion MeLindy and Edna (Sebastian) Halleran; brothers: Robert (Theresa), Bernard (Carmelita), Hilary (Sandra) and Nick (Madonna) and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, December 7, at 11 a.m. Visitation from 10-11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, St. Vincent’s. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to her family in care of Robert.
