MacDONALD, JANET ALICE - Peacefully, surrounded by family and friends, Janet Alice MacDonald (nee Dugal), late of Charlottetown and Miramichi, passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, December 1st, 2012, age 71 years. Beloved wife of George Bernard MacDonald. Devoted mother of Mike (Kerry Duggan), Shawn (Li Peng), and Jude (Laura Herrera Gonzalez), and mother-in-law to Carolyn Knox. Loving grandmother of Gillian, Liam, Sam, and Sophie. Survived by her dear sister, June Crawford (Vern), and her brother, Paul Dugal (Patty), as well as a large and loving extended family and many friends.
