The death occurred peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, May 5, 2008, of Gerard James Hogan of Cumberland and Nine Mile Creek at the age of 69 years. Beloved husband of Helen (nee Callaghan). Dear father of Brian (Bertha), Pauline (Leslie) Currie, and Dennis (Nicolle). Special Poppy to Stephanie, Carter and Austin Hogan; Chase and Amanda Currie; Hannah and Sophia Hogan. Survived by brothers, Clifford (Mary), Willard (Muriel), Kevin, and sisters Pauline (Paul) McKinnon, Marina (Gerald) LeBlanc, and Patricia (Floyd) Kelly. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Frank and Mary (Gain) Hogan; step-father James Dowling and brother Philip (Catherine). Resting at the Belvedere Funeral Home.
