LeBLANC, ARTHUR - 1931 - 2012 - Shediac Cape - Arthur LeBlanc, 81, passed away peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, December 6th, 2012. Born in Lewisville, NB, he was the son of the late Charles and the late Elise (née Belliveau) LeBlanc. Arthur will be sadly missed by his spouse, Armande Pruneau; three sons, Arthur (Cathy) of Calgary, AB, Ronald (Siobhan) of Ireland and John (Joyce) of Petawawa, ON; one daughter, Rita (Mark Goldbach) of Chilliwack, BC ; one half-brother, Roméo (Délia) of Scoudouc; one sister, Rita McKenzie (late George) of Hamilton, ON; three half-sisters, Doris Belliveau (late Paul) of Oshawa ON, Louise Dunn (late Jerry) of Bolton, ON and Rita Babineau (late Aldéric) of Mass., USA; six grandchildren; also by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Arthur was predeceased by his step-mother, Emma Gallant; one brother, Alfred; three half-brothers, Léo-Paul, Arsène and Edmond; four sisters, Adella, Bella, Thérèse and Jeannette; one half-sister, Catherine.
In respect to Arthur’s wishes, there will be no visitations at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel in Shediac Bridge, on Monday, December 10th, 2012 at 11:00 am. Burial will be at the St. Joseph RC Church cemetery in Shediac. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
