The death occurred peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, of G. Bruce, C.D., Q.C. MacDonald, formerly of Summerside, aged 86 years. Beloved husband of the late Mildred (nee Lowther) MacDonald and loving father of Alan of Charlottetown and his deceased sons John and Robert. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside, until Monday, Dec. 17, where a Memorial Service will take place in the funeral home chapel at 1:30 p.m. No visiting hours by personal request.
