GALLANT, PAUL - Paul Dominique Gallant, loving husband of Kelly (Adams) Gallant passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1958 in Plaster Rock, NB he was the son of the late Frank and Mary Emma (Brown) Gallant. Paul worked for School District 6 for 35 years, and was a School Bus Driver for 27 years. Paul was passionate about his job. He was a member of the Teamsters Union 827, CUPE 1061, past member and volunteer at the Kennebecasis Legion Branch 58. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 27 years, Kelly, his sons William "Bill" Gallant and Wesley Gallant both of Rothesay; grandchildren Chantelle Finlay and Myles Gallant; brothers Rev. Dr. Leo Gallant (Karen) of Sussex, David Gallant (Debi) of Fairfield and Allen Gallant (Faye) of Logan Lake, BC; sister Sarah Varis (David) of Charlottetown, PEI; The Baker Family; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 10 a.m., followed by a reception.
