McFARLANE, GARY - On December 15, 2012, Gary Wilfred McFarlane of Melville, SK passed away peacefully at the General Hospital in Regina, SK at the age of 61, after a brief illness. Born in Calais, Maine at the Regional Hospital on April 14, 1951. Son of the late James Wilfred and Dorothy Avis (Jackson) McFarlane. Survived by his sister, Susan Embleton of Rolling Dam, N.B.; sister-in-law, Sheleen Brown of McMinn Road, N.B.; nephews, Jason Embleton, David McFarlane, Connor Way McFarlane, Tyler Way, and Ryan Brown; nieces, Jackie and Jenny Embleton, Jessica McFarlane, and Raeleen Brown; several great nieces. Predeceased by his parents and younger brother, Dale Robert McFarlane.
A graveside service will be held at Rolling Dam Cemetery, Rolling Dam, N.B. in the Spring of 2013. For those who wish, remembrances to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
