WALKER, DARRELL EUGENE - November 9, 1957 - December 13, 2012 - It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Darrell Walker, age 55. Born in Moncton and resided in Eagle Sham, AB where he worked as a foreman for Garry’s Trucking. Survived by his wife “the love of his life” Susan, his beloved sons Ryan and Sean, mother Doris Walker, sisters Darlene (Rob) Ferris, Donna (Greg) Irvine, brother David (Lisa) Walker, sister-in-law Mary (Jeff) Freeman, brother-in-law Steven, and David (Bonnie) Barss in Ontario, many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts. Predeceased by father Herbert Walker and father- and mother-in-law Jerry and Patricia Barss. Darrell and Susan resided in Ontario for many years. He had a passion for life, family, coaching his sons in hockey, and golfing with his friends. He could always be heard and had the gift of making others laugh.
The family will greet friends and relatives for a Celebration of Darrell’s Life at the Riverview Lions Centre, Coverdale Rd, on December 29th, 2012 starting at 3 pm. He will be missed by all that knew him and will never be forgotten. For those who wish donations to the heart and stroke foundation.
