TRENTON – Donald Harold Murray, age 78, of the Glen Haven Manor, and formerly of Rose Ave., Trenton, passed away Friday, December 14, 2012 in the Aberdeen Hospital.
Born in Trenton, he was a son of the late Hugh and Marion (Barnett) Murray.
He retired from Hawker Siddeley as a fitter. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 29 Trenton.
He is survived by a son, Donnie (Helen), Trenton; grandchildren: Bobby (Sheri) Roper, Trenton; Angela (Chris) Campbell, Trenton; Jeremy Murray, Trenton; Tracy (Alfred) White, Westville; great-grandchildren: Jacob, Nathan and Lauren Roper, Chace and Callie Campbell, Oliver White.
He was predeceased by sisters: Elsie, Marion, Irene, Helen, Mildred, Rose and Isabel; brothers: Calvin Pollard and Wesley Pollard.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation by request. A private family graveside service will take place in the Hillside Cemetery.
Donations in his memory may be made to a charity of choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of the R.H. Porter Funeral Home, Trenton.
