1942-2012. Passed away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Thursday, December 20th, 2012. Predeceased by his sister Catherine Chafe and dear friend Bobby Dawe. Leaving to mourn his wife Linda and sons: Leo (Ont.), Joseph (St. John's), Paul (Ont.), Carl (Ont.) and Andrew (Seal Cove); his grandsons Matthew and Colin; mother-in-law Emma Poutler; one sister Mary Lantos and family; brothers: Gerald Adams (Marg) St. John’s, Robert Adams (Jane) Ont., Ed Adams (Val.) Alberta, William Adams St. John’s and Dennis (Bonnie) Butler and family (Seal Cove), as well as many nieces and nephews in St. John’s and mainland Canada. Also a dear and special friend Glennis Dawe. Cremation has been taken place. There will be no visitation by Leo’s request. Inurnment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery
