OSBORNE, WILLIAM (BILL) ALFRED - At the Saint John Regional Hospital, Friday, December 21, 2012, William (Bill) Alfred Osborne of Cumberland Bay, NB passed away peacefully. Born in Welland, Ontario, son of the late Alfred and Ellen (Oxford) Osborne. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Janina (Kumpins) of 57 years; their children, Kim (Gord) Bizzell and William Osborne; sisters, Mary Stewart, Marjorie Grice, Ellen (Morris) Wauk, Ann (Paul) Kneshaw and Donna (Jack) Reynolds; grandchildren, Lisa, Heather and Bryan Bizzell; great-grandchildren, Ashley Osborne and Tyler Bizzell; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his stepfather, Elmer; sisters, Lois Sakowski and Pat Fisher.
