Suddenly, with family members at his side, at his home on Seven Mile Road on Saturday, May 17, 2008, of Joseph Wilfred Fogarty, age 70 years. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee MacDonald). Loving father of Allan (Diane), Stratford; Sharon, Dallas, Texas; Lynn, Lower Sackville, N.S.; and Brian, Stratford. Very loving Grampy to Katelyn and Eric. Born December 20, 1937, oldest son of the late Wilfred and Julia Fogarty (nee Morrison) of Seven Mile Road. Survived by brothers Phil; Albert (Judy); and Kenny (Sadie) and by sisters Joyce (Roy) MacKenzie; Gerry (Adrian) Sullivan; Claire (Donnie) MacKenzie; Lois MacInnis; and Georgie (Mike) MacAulay. Also fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister-in-law, Jean Fogarty and by his brother-in-law, Jimmy MacInnis. Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home until Thursday at 10 a.m., then to All Saint’s Church, Cardigan, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the All Saints Parish Cemetery, Cardigan.
