Peacefully, after a brief illness, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, December 31, 2012, of Mr. Alex MacLean of Charlottetown and formerly of Cape Breton, N.S., age 73 years.
Beloved husband of Arlene. Father of Wally (Kathy) MacLean, Francie (Robert) Cornish, Patti (Paul) Cote, Billy (Rose) MacLean, Kathy (Paul) Chapman, Sandi (Brad) Sprague, Karen Murphy (Danny) and Ryan Allen. Stepfather of Bill Bond, Robert Bond, Cathy Bond and Nora Allen. Alex is also survived by his brothers, Stuart, Hubert, John, Joey, and sister, Lillian.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Visiting hours will be held on Friday 6 to 9 p.m.
