Peacefully passed away, January 3rd, 2013 at the Western Memorial Hospital. Born August 7, 1923 at Birchy Head, Bonne Bay. Leaves wife of 63 years Vera and son; Ralph. His grandchildren; Susan & Robert Raike of Kingston, Ontario. His brother; Franklin Purchase (Cathy) of Botwood, NL. Also a large circle of relatives and friends.
