Passed suddenly and unexpectedly in Thornhill, Ontario, Edward James (‘Ted’ and ‘Odie’), aged 52 years; formerly of Carbonear. Predeceased by parents: John G.W. and Mabel I. Rorke. Left to mourn, brothers: John (Jackie) Rorke, St. John’s, Gene Rorke, Centre Rawdon, NS and Neil Rorke, Carbonear, as well as extended family and a wide circle of friends in Carbonear and Ontario. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Ted’s life will take place in Carbonear this summer. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Noel’s Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear.
