JACKSON, JENNIFER - Jennifer Jackson of Riverview passed away peacefully Friday, January 11, 2013 after a lengthy stay at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Darfield, South Yorkshire UK. She came to Canada in 1957. Jennifer was an active member of St. John the Baptist Anglican Church in Riverview as a member of the ACW, the Book Club, Mothers' Union and the church choir. She also volunteered her time at the Riverview Public library. She will be dearly missed by her son, Thomas (Karen) of New Hampshire, a brother Geoff Gleadall of the UK, grandchildren AbbyGail, Audrey and Alex (mother France Theriault). She was predeceased by her daughter Sarah in 2009 and three sisters in Yorkshire Enid, Joyce and Chris.
A funeral service for Jennifer will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 2:00 PM at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Woolridge Avenue, Riverview, with Rev. Brent Ham officiating. The funeral arrangements are entrusted to Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007). Donations to The Friends of The Moncton Hospital or the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
