Passed peacefully away the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin, NL, on Sunday, Dec. 30th, 2012, AUGUSTUS PARDY, of Grand LePierre, NL, in his 75th year. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Annie, sons Barry (Sheila), Grand LePierre, Wade (Emmy), Harbour Mille, daughters Una Hodge (Joe), Grand LePierre, Michelle Dominaux (Rick), Grand LePierre; special nephew Samuel Fizzard (Eliza), Brooks, AB, 7 grandchildren and 12 great grand children; brother Lloyd (Jessie), Harbour Mille, sisters Mary Ellen Pardy (Ernest), Marystown, Irene Freeborn (Robert), Harbour Mile, Abigail Vincent (Fred), Bay L’argent, brother in law Rev. George Fizzard (Irene), Grand LePierre, John R Fizzard (Hilda), Grand LePierre, sister in law Helen Mary Bolt, Grand LePierre; and a large circle of relatives and friends.

Augustus is predeceased by his parents Edgar and Angela Pardy.

Rev. Robert Peddle conducted the funeral service at St. Thomas Anglican Church, Grand LePierre, on Wednesday, Jan. 02, 2013 at 2:00 PM. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery in Grand LePierre.

Donations in Augustus’s memory may be made to the family.

Pall bearers were Howard Labour, Charles Fizzard, Jerry Dodge, Roger Fizzard, Mark Bolt, and Larry Bolt.
