It is with deep sadness the family of Sabina(Binie) Grandy- Hollett announce her passing at the USM/LTC, St. Lawrence on Friday, January 11th, 2013, age 83 yrs. Predeceased by William(Bill) Hollett, baby daughter Bridget Maud, and parents Clyde & Esther Grandy. Leaving to mourn with many fond and loving memories are her children, daughters Joyce(Gary), Vivian(Don), Viola(Bert), Judy(Alan), Valerie(Marcus), and only son Bruce; 11 Grandchildren, Janice, Tanya & Greg, Troy & Victoria, Mark & Jillian, Steven, Chad, Kristyn & Kathleen; 8 great grandchildren; Brothers Roy Grandy(Bessie), Robert Grandy, Lloyd Grandy(Marian), Leonard Grandy(Addie), sisters Joan Snook(Max), Stella Follett(Stanley deceased); Brother-in-law Philip Hollett(Lily), sisters-in-law, Gwen(Eli Pardy), Bessie Smith, Edith Legge, Lillian Hollett, Maude(Gerald Skanes), Helen(Junior Howse). Also a large circle of other relatives & freinds.Funeral service was conducted by Rev. Rick Marsh from Grand Bank United Church at 2pm on Monday January 14th,2013.Interment followed at the United Church Cemetery Grand Bank.Organist was Betty Rogers.Pall Bearers were Roy Grandy,Leonard Grandy,Winston Grandy,Chad Hollett,Troy Hollett,Ernest Follett,& Eli Pardy. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of Warren's Funeral Home, Grand Bank.
