NEW GLASGOW – Roy Alfred “Fred” Grealey, age 67 of New Glasgow, passed away January 21, 2013 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in Stellarton, he was a son of the late John Roy and Doris (Walton) Grealey.
Fred co-owned and operated with his wife Sherry’s Carpet Cleaning for over 30 years. He was a member of the Armed Forces and a member of Branch #28 Royal Canadian Legion.
Fred is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sherry (Snell); sisters: Shirley, June, Joyce and Elaine and many loving nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by brothers: Robert, Billy, Leonard, Doug and a sister Vivian.
The family will receive visitors from 2-4 p.m. only on Saturday in the H.W. Angus Funeral Home, 256 King St., New Glasgow.
There will be no service by request.
Family flowers only please.
