March 23, 1932 - January 14, 2010

John Brkich of Kamloops, passed away on January 14, 2010 at Royal Inland Hospital with his loving daughter at his side.
John is predeceased by his wife Carol.

He is survived by his son Michael (Kim) and daughters Shirley Samples (Greg) and Darlene DeCicco; grandchildren Collin and Jordan Samples, Anthony, Shawna and Mitchell Brkich; brothers Nick and Joe Brkich, and partner, Faye Rohayne.

John was well known for the Leland Hotel and being an avid golfer, fisherman, hunter, Canucks fan and baseball player.

A Celebration of John's Life will be held at 1 P.M. on Saturday, January 23, 2010 at Pogue Mahon, 845 Desmond Street.
