It is with great sadness that the family of the late Alicia Howard announce her passing after a short battle with cancer at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital on Friday January 25th 2013 at the age of 87 years. She will be sadly missed by one son Daniel Howard in Stephenville, three daughters Linda (Roger) Holdright in Orleans, Ontario, Leona (Albert) LeGrow in Dartmouth, N.S Darlene (Terry) Hawco in Stephenville, two sisters Leon Bragg in Toronto, Ontario, Margaret (Joseph) Ozon in Sydney N.S. also leaving to mourn are five grandchildren Danielle, Jason, Kimberley, Shelley, Brandi and five great grandchildren Kassidy, Noah, Kailey, Tanner, Quinn and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Expedite Howard, her parents Joseph and Catherine Delaney, and her brothers Jerry and Tim, brother in law James Bragg, and sisters in law Olivera Delaney and Rona Delaney and nephew Monte Delaney. Visitation will take place on Sunda y from 7-9 and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday January 29 at 10 A.M. from St. Stephen’s Parish on West Street with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery.
