It is with overwhelming sadness that we announce the unexpected, although peaceful passing of this incredible woman.

We promise to live our lives to the fullest, cherishing every moment in her honour. We have a crater in our lives that can only be filled with the memories of her unconditional love, laughter, guidance and generosity. Thanks Mom for being the one I could always count on... missing you will be my greatest struggle until we meet again.

Connie is survived by her three grandchildren - Deja, Maxwell and Trevor - Her husband Marv Hatton, her children Eric Simmons and Dina McLeod, and an amazing amount of people whose lives she touched without even knowing it.
