The death occurred suddenly on May 31, 2008, as the result of an accident, of John James Wilfred Wedge of Toronto and formerly of Summerside, P.E.I. John, age 55 years, is the eldest son of Jack and Phyllis Wedge. He leaves to mourn his longtime partner and friend, Jeff; and brothers and sisters, Mary (Mike) Hennessey of Charlottetown; Cyndria of Charlottetown; Kenton, Alexander (Julie) and Paul of Summerside; and George (Shelley) in Scarborough, Ontario; also 14 nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his sister, Jane Elizabeth. Funeral arrangements to be announced at a later date.
