Suddenly, on January 21, 2010, as a result of a highway accident, of Wilfred S. Rogers of Summerside age 77 years. Beloved husband of the late Ruby Rogers. Dear father of Kevin (Trena), Kenny (Lillian), and Kent (Rebecca). Loving grandfather to eleven grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Survived by brothers and sisters: Arnold (Carol), Art (Jessie), Faye Malone, Judy (Bruce) Stewart, Velda (Justin) McCourt, Roy (Dianne), and Florence (Lester) Stewart. Also survived by sisters-in-law Jean Rogers, Velda Livingston, and brother-in-law Luke Duffenais. Predeceased by his parents Leighen & Marion Rogers, granddaughter Kathleen Stewart, sisters Vera Mayhew, Shirley Duffenais, and brothers-in-law Everett Mayhew and Peter Malone. Resting at the Dawson Funeral Home, Crapaud, from where the funeral service will be held on Monday, January 25th, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Visiting hours Sunday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Interment in Tryon Peoples Cemetery.
