It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our son, brother and friend, William 'Boo Boo' Pentecost, age 58, of Westmount, on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at home.
Born in Sydney, he was the son of William and Gzalla (Dorogi) Pentecost.
William worked seasonally for the Department of Land and Forest for over 25 years and as a labourer at Petersfield Park. He was well known for his high standard of work ethics.
He enjoyed helping people and spending time with his friends and family; biking, fishing and enjoying nature.
He is survived by his sisters, Margie Crawley, Betty (Billy) Campbell, Donna (Darren) Murphy; his brothers, Brian and Kevin (Jennifer); along with many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He was predeceased by brothers, Robert and Joseph.
Visitation for the late Mr. Pentecost will take place on Friday, Feb. 8 at T.W. Curry Parkview Chapel from 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church with Rev. Doug Murphy officiating. Interment in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
