NOLAN, Anna (nee Anthony) – Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, Anna Nolan, age 83 years of Avondale. Predeceased by her husband, Edward; children: Kevin, Wayne, Frankie and Madonna; parents: Robert and Gertrude Anthony; brother Robert; sisters-in-law Peg McGrath, Kit Mason and Beth Penney; brother-in-law Edward Flannigan. Left with fond and loving memories are her children: Dora (Joe), Rose (John), Mick, Ron, Dave (Patsy), Sharlene (Eddy), Gerard (Dawn), Geraldine (Dale), Bobby (Teddi), Eric (Corina), Shirley (Ray), Sharon (Michael), Kenny; grandchildren: Paula, Laura, Jolene, Kevin, Carol, Jodi, Michelle, Larry, Michael, Mikaila, Mackenzie, Sarah, David, Ronnie, Michael, Sarah M., Ashley, Dalene, Cole, Drew, Justus, Evan, Emma; special granddaughter Keshia; great-grandchildren: Ashley, Shelby, Connor, Travis, Abby, Jessica, Michael, Logan, Kaitlynn, Owen; sister Mary Flannigan; sisters-in-law: Mary Francis Davis, Geraldine Gregson, Theresa Anthony and a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Saturday & Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral will take place on Monday, January 25, 2010 with 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial from Assumption Church, Avondale.
